Skalia Fashion began when two BFFS decided to take a leap of faith and pursue their dream. Their mission? To create fun, distinctive and smart accessories to keep women of any age, cultural background and ethnicity fashionably organized.
Meet Galia & Maria - our favorite duo!
Both experts in International Sales & Marketing with over 20 years in the Beauty & Fashion industry, Galia and Maria began obsessing over fashion and trends at a very young age. Their source of inspiration came from right under their nose - their own purses. Both leading a dynamic lifestyle on-the-go with so many things to carry, they constantly found themselves stressing over not finding what they needed when they needed it.
That’s when the first lightbulb went off - what if they could create a bag with a small light that automatically turns on and off with the motion of your hands? With this idea in mind, Skalia was born: a brand full of color, fun and practicality for all women regardless of their lifestyle.
Established in 2016, Skalia Fashion is a result of Galia and Maria’s travel-induced inspiration of discovering new cultures, styles and trends. Their aim was to create fun, distinctive, elegant and practical accessories for women who lead dynamic lifestyles.
