As Girl Bosses and working moms themselves, founders Galia and Maria understood the challenges that come with striking that perfect work-life balance. Their quest to improve their own lives while still giving their families the love and support they need is the driving force behind Skalia Fashion’s Collaborative Fashion initiative - a program designed to give Girl Bosses the opportunity to thrive professionally, without compromising what’s most important.
Introducing Be-Bees Network, an inclusive system for mothers who, from the comfort of her home, can work creating handmade pieces.
We believe that together we can achieve more and support women everywhere. That is why we reach out to breadwinning mothers unable to leave their small children for work. We offer them the opportunity to help us making unique fashionable handmade pieces, in the comfort of their homes.
Be-Bees receive proper training & the support they need to ensure all our pieces are made with the highest standards of quality and care

We make sure that your Be-Bees are constantly supported. That means constant communication & a helping hand whenever it’s needed.
Our network launched in January 2019 with a group of 5 women. We are proud to say that today, our network has expanded to 18 Be-Bees who have produced more than 5,000 unique pieces.
