It looks like the product you ordered didn’t quite work out.

We’re happy to help you with your exchanges & returns. Simply follow the instructions below and help is on its way!

 

Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping, handling, gift box fee and other additional charges made at the moment of purchase.

 

Products need to be unworn and with all labels attached and with original packaging

Before returning the merchandising you must emailemail-icon-skalia-fashioninfo@skaliafashion.com to request a RMA (Return Authorization).

 

We will not accept any returns without the prior RMA (Return Authorization).

 

Merchandise returned without the original security tag or with a damaged security tag may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
